為此，本哲將六層的建筑空間進行了有效的功能劃分：一、二樓是接待和用餐空間；三、四樓是業(yè)主父輩的起居空間；五樓和六樓則是業(yè)主的婚房及室外活動空間。別墅設計每個功能空間，局部雙層通高，且與其他功能空間互不影響，形成流暢而完整的空間體驗，賦予整個住宅一種既親密又自由的氛圍。

Therefore, Benzhe has reasonably divided the six-story building by functions: the first and second floors are for reception and dining; the third and fourth floors are living space forthe generation of the owner; the fifth and sixth floors are owner's wedding room and outdoor activity space. Each function space is partially double-height and does not affect other function space, bringing a smooth and complete space experience as well as an intimate and free atmosphere.

底樓是會客廳及茶空間，西面、北面部分墻體及局部樓板被拆除，視覺通透，室內光與影交錯。透過拱門，原有低矮的空間被挑高的中庭所代替，方便家人之間的對話與交流。

The ground floor is for reception and tea, with part walls and floors of the west and north side removed, bringing a transparent view with light and shadow. After walking through the arched door, one can find the original low space replaced by a high atrium, which brings convenience for communication between families.
