開(kāi)發(fā)商為了獲得更好的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)目的，將這僅103平米的室內(nèi)空間，分隔成了四房?jī)蓮d的空間布局，如此一來(lái)，每個(gè)房間顯得相當(dāng)逼仄，其帶來(lái)的空間尺度感受十分糟糕。同時(shí)，重慶設(shè)計(jì)師受限于原戶型設(shè)計(jì)的動(dòng)線及空間尺度關(guān)系，并未設(shè)置獨(dú)立的入戶玄關(guān)（緩沖）區(qū)域，這些都將影響到生活空間的品質(zhì)與功能的完整性。

For better marketing purposes, the developer divided the 103 square meters of indoor space into a four-bedroom and two-living space layout. As a result, each room appears to be quite cramped, and the spatial scale it brings is very bad. . At the same time, limited by the circulation and spatial scale relationship of the original apartment design, no independent entrance hall (buffer) area is set up, which will affect the quality and functional integrity of the living space.

重慶設(shè)計(jì)師除了自身對(duì)于空間的實(shí)際使用訴求之外，空間的物理尺度與表達(dá)自我的精神尺度應(yīng)一同得到適度的放開(kāi)。因?yàn)椋@將與生活的實(shí)際品質(zhì)緊密相關(guān)。而我，則迫切的需要這一狀態(tài)。這種狀態(tài)將是從容的，舒適的，也是我能駕馭的尺度關(guān)系。它滿足了不同的需求，在適度轉(zhuǎn)換空間職能的過(guò)程中，提升空間的實(shí)用性與多樣性。
