重慶之丘坐落于重慶市兩江新區(qū)悅來海派美學(xué)生活街區(qū)，是一個融合“生活+商業(yè)”的綜合性場景空間。作為中國電建地產(chǎn)在該區(qū)域的全新戰(zhàn)略項(xiàng)目，重慶之丘不僅是現(xiàn)代化城市綜合體，更是承載歷史記憶與文化傳承的地標(biāo)。宇合光年作為全方位的商業(yè)場景營造專家深入研究了重慶的歷史脈絡(luò)和地域特色，將海派東方美學(xué)融入項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)，力求在現(xiàn)代都市中保留傳統(tǒng)記憶，增強(qiáng)社區(qū)凝聚力，為居民和游客提供一個全新的城市體驗(yàn)。

City of Inspiration, located in the Yuelai District of Chongqing’s Liangjiang New Area, is a dynamic fusion of “l(fā)iving + commerce.” As a flagship project by PowerChina Real Estate in the region, it serves as both a modern urban complex and a landmark steeped in historical and cultural significance. Drawing from Chongqing’s rich heritage and local character,Fun Connection, an expert in crafting immersive commercial spaces, integrates modern oriental aesthetics into the project’s design. The result is a harmonious blend of modernity and tradition that strengthens community ties and offers residents and visitors an engaging new urban experience.

01 外立面改造：悅來文化為引，傳承海派美學(xué)特征

01 Facade Renovation: Drawing from Yuelai Culture, Infusing Modern Oriental Aesthetics

街區(qū)中的核心建筑將奠定整個商業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出的氣質(zhì)。因此，售樓部的改造不僅注重美學(xué)上的提升，更強(qiáng)調(diào)將文化屬性注入。西側(cè)的設(shè)計(jì)采用了“寓舊于新”的理念，挖掘城市的歷史印記，以“悅來文化”為引，進(jìn)行了一場關(guān)于傳承與發(fā)展的古今對話。

The core architecture of the district sets the tone for the entire commercial presentation. Thus, the renovation of the sales center prioritizes not only aesthetic enhancement but also the integration of cultural identity. The west side adopts the concept of “rejuvenating the legacy”, uncovering the city’s historical traces and initiating a dialogue between tradition and progress, guided by the essence of Yuelai culture.
